This package of 4 online sessions seeks to find the dietary causes of your particular imbalance. In the first one hour session, your case will be taken, which includes an exploration of any symptoms you are experiencing and a detailed look at your diet. Recommendations of dietary and lifestyle changes will be emailed to you the following day. In the 3 subsequent 20 minute follow ups, we will track your progress and possibly offer further recommendations based on how well you are responding to the changes.
